Shipping Policy

At this time, Aurora May Designs offers only domestic shipping to customers in the United States.

All orders are shipped via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail with tracking. Shipping fees at checkout are based on the standard U.S.P.S. rate for the shipping location and product weight.

We are happy to offer FREE shipping on orders of $45 or more.

Please allow 1-2 days for order fulfillment and 7-10 days for completed shipping.  
 

Return & Exchange Policy

Aurora May Designs sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. Exchanges may be offered under limited circumstances. 

If an item is damaged as a result of craftsmanship, please email hilary@auroramaydesigns.com within 14 days of receiving your purchase. We will be happy to troubleshoot repairing your items or arranging an exchange. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges. Aurora May Designs will cover the shipping charges for replacement items due to craftmanship damages.

Crochet jewelry is delicate and requires care, but our products are well made and can withstand regular wear. Our products will not withstand rough handling, and we will not take responsibility for products that are damaged as a result of not caring for our jewelry properly. Please see our Jewelry Care page for information on how to maintain the beauty of your Aurora May Designs products.

Please consider your purchase carefully. Our listings provide approximate measurements for our items to use as a reference. While screen resolution may slightly alter shades, the color of the items you receive should not be dramatically different than in the listing photos. We understand, however, that sometimes the size of an item is unexpected or perhaps you purchased a gift and the recipient didn't care for the color. If you run into these or similar issues, please email us and we will provide an exchange for an in-stock item of equal value.

Items returned for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Aurora May Designs reserves the right to refuse any exchange in which the item returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

The "Why" Behind Our Policy

We take customer service seriously and are committed to providing an excellent experience to our customers every time they choose to shop with us. We understand that you may be disappointed to learn that we do not offer returns or refunds. Our policy was intentionally created in order to maximize our resources. As a one-woman show, it is simply not cost effective for Aurora May Designs to offer returns or refunds. This way, we can invest our time into keeping up with orders and managing all aspects of our (very) small business ourselves.
